Hi there, I hope someone can provide an answer for this query. 

 

I have created a group of FAQs that are currently not being viewed enough. I would like to know if there is a way to connect these FAQs to my ticket replies. To drive traffic there but also make use of the visual guides that I have created.

 

Under Solutions there are connected FAQs but would like to explore more options

It's not clear what you're trying to achieve here - FAQs are generally viewed as needed, so where they are not being viewed frequently this would normally imply that they are for less frequent issues.

I would create snippets with the URL to the FAQ and use as required.

Other than that, you could build some intelligence into the BMP to automatically email the customer with the URL to the FAQ.
