External Authorisation will not be shown in the request view and i cannot filter on it

Hello Support,

Could it be possible that the external authorisation node will not be tracked in the system for the request view and filter?

All requests are Authorised via the external authorisation node

The Authorisation Status is a function of the Authorisation Node.

To achieve similar functionality for External Authorisations you could, once the External Authorisation has been approved or declined, use the BPM to set a Custom Field to "Approved" or "Declined" and filter the Request List on that.
