Enhancement: "Freeze Title" option to enable Request ref, summary, custom buttons, HUD and Actions visible

Just like we often do in Microsoft Excel, I would like a 'pin' option to freeze or lock the top of the screen in place while I scroll down so when I have read the timeline or details or other sections I don't have to scroll all the way to the top of the screen to either use a Custom Button, remind myself of the stage or take an action. A little 'pin' icon somewhere there would enable each user to make that choice.

+1 from me, sounds like a good way to view the core request data, and still have the action buttons available as it can be frustrating scrolling up and down the request data as you have described Berto
