Get most recently updated post

I would like to be able to get the most recently updated post on the Timeline and use this in an Auto Task or Business Process. Is there a way to do this please?

If I'm understanding the question correctly and you need the most recently posted Timeline entry, whether that's a post or a comment, and specifically an entry by a User ... no.
