Hi both myself and two other users are getting this error when trying to access the portal in Firefox:

We have tried clearing the cache with no luck.

Is this normal?

Is not normal. But in order to understand where the problem is, can you please give me some more details?

1. What version of Firefox do you use? 

2. What operating system and what version?

3. Are you using a theme that is not the light one (dark or high contrast)?

Normal Theme - Light one

Hi @Stefania Tarantino,

The issue is that the Firefox version is very old. Is from June 2020 and that build apparently is missing some important features for Hornbill.

The latest version of Firefox is 106.0, I suggest you turn ON the auto update to always have the latest security patches and features of Firefox.

Hi Daniel,

Unfortunately we are bound to this version as it is managed/updated by our Windows Desktop Team.  So I cannot simply turn on the auto update feature.  I will however feed this back to the team responsible for the updates.
