Add existing users to a group (organisation) via CSV?

Hi

I've got a csv list of current Hornbill users who I'd like to add to an organisation (so that we can give only them access to a catalog item in the portal and hide it from the rest of the company)

The list comes from InTune and contains their email address, and I was wondering if there was a way of using this CSV list to add the users to the new Org? There are 394 people on the list, so doing it manually isn't really an option. Also, there's nothing in AD that I can use for these particular people to single them out so that I could use the LDAP import to do this for me. 

Any ideas please?
