Unlink requests

Good morning,

When creating a new request from an Auto Task and Custom Button, it links the new request to the request we have open. Please could we have the option of not having these requests linked?

What are you trying to achieve with this action?

What you're describing appears to be raising a separate request - which can be done from the Raise New button - so I'm assuming there's some additional information missing from the post that would be useful.

Hi @Steve Giller,

We are trying to create a quick call, so the new request would be unrelated to the request that's currently open on the screen.
Clicking on the custom button would log the request with all the necessary details, without having to go through the longer process via the Raise New button.
