The latest update of Service Manager (2732) has been released to live.

The change log for this update is as follows:

New

• Support for "Cancel" node in IC
• Support for file uploads in IC custom forms

Fix

• Images do not load on select customer prompt
• Search for Corporate SLAs to link to a service does not return expected results {PM00173929}
• When raising a request from an email, co-worker and contact forms are not auto populated with person matching email address {PM00173923}
• Incorrect 'class' value displayed in the Assets in-policy list {PM00173795}
• Assets with custom prefix are not linking to a request when selected during intelligent capture {PM00173776}
