Is it possible for Hornbill to interrogate an external mailbox(not the hornbill mailbox) and log tickets based on specified criteria?

e.g.Every 5 minutes check mailbox "support@randomcustomer.com". If email has "Alert" in subject log based on routing rule

You would need to set it up as a Shared Mailbox and then configure Routing Rules.

Note, when set it up as a Shared Mailbox all email will be imported into mailbox within Hornbill.

The polling interval is set system wide and not on a Shared Mailbox basis.
