Malcolm Posted September 22, 2022 Share Posted September 22, 2022 Is it possible for Hornbill to interrogate an external mailbox(not the hornbill mailbox) and log tickets based on specified criteria? e.g.Every 5 minutes check mailbox "support@randomcustomer.com". Martyn Houghton Posted September 22, 2022 Share Posted September 22, 2022 @Malcolm You would need to set it up as a Shared Mailbox and then configure Routing Rules. Note, when set it up as a Shared Mailbox all email will be imported into mailbox within Hornbill. The polling interval is set system wide and not on a Shared Mailbox basis.
