AD user Start and End date.

Hi,

We are looking to automate out AD account extension process but when looking at ITOM we could not see a way to update the account expires field in AD or the Begin date field. Has anyone been able to automate this?

Could you clarify which attributes you're referring to?

I would suspect that the former would simply be accountExpires, but I'm not aware of a Begin Date field in AD.
It's been a while since I've used it, though.

That is right what we are looking for is a way to use ITOM to update the accountExpires field in AD.
