As sometimes I just just to see the layout and text format in an email, with having to fill out a call and then run through the call just to received the email to see how the template will look.? As sometime selecting text format and size, doesn't away work first time.
Bev Williams Posted September 20, 2022 Posted September 20, 2022 I use a call that where I am the customer and then go to the e-mail option and select the email from the template list. You can view it in the portal or send it so you can see how it looks on receipt. If you don't have one where you are the customer you can use any ticket to view the email template created - just remember not to press send
