Increase max number of rows returned in report

As in title, my max number of rows returned in a report is 5000, I thought I used to be able to increase this from the 

1. Advanced Tools & Settings
2.  Application Settings

But I can`t seem to find the setting since Hornbill admin changed

Once in the Admin view the new Search Bar is pretty powerful, it should assist in finding most things under the new layout:
