Adding Managers name to an email template

Hi all,

Im currently working on some email templates to go from my Business process, and i was just wondering is there a quick way to get an users managers name to appear after the Dear, with out having to map the information in the business process to a custom field?

No

Variables in Email Templates are sourced from the h_itsm_requests table, anything stored outside of that will need to be added to a Custom Field.
