Hello everyone,

The latest update of iBridge Content Pack (372) has been released to live.

The change log for this update is as follows:

Change
  • Cloud Automations for ServiceNow Customer Service Management. Updates to the Case Create and Update operations to provide the ability to populate the Case Description field, as well as additional/custom fields.
