Add Asset to ticket based on information received in email

Hi All,

 

We receive email alerts regarding detected malware on our machines via SCCM. 

We now have a requirement to log these and where possible want to automate as much as we can.

We want to be able to pull the affected hostname from the email and add an asset to the ticket based on what the hostname is, I am able to extract the hostname of the affected machine but I am unable to find a method to query asset manager and add that asset to the ticket.

Is there a function built into Hornbill BPM's to do this?
