Mark.Green Posted August 23, 2022 Posted August 23, 2022 I would like to setup an e-mail alert they would be sent to a group of managers should a Priority 1 ticket be raised Is this possible and what sections of the application would I find this? Many Thanks Mark
Jeremy Posted August 23, 2022 Posted August 23, 2022 @Mark.Green So this would be a node added in the workflow to send an email to an external address, before this node the workflow would need to check what Priority the requests is P1 = email then nothing for other priorities.

The suggested solution is all within the Hornbill BPM workflows. There can be a number of different approaches to implementing this. Let us know how you are getting on, and we can possibly provide some guidance.
