There is Email Update (Owner Notification) and Portal Update (Owner Notification) but I'm not sure any of these cover it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Steve Giller Posted August 17, 2022 Share Posted August 17, 2022 This is not currently available, the triggers for sending a notification are for Customer updates via email or selfservice. Any updates on a request that the owner has not seen will cause the request to highlight in the Request List View, though. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
