Problem Impact - alter colour on outcome?

Hi,

 

After completing an impact assessment is it possible for the "Impact" to change the colour depending on what the level of impact resulted in?

 

As below if the impact was assessed as Critical can this highlight in RED similar to the Urgency? And other colours depending on what level of impact has been reached?
