Report isn't updating a document

I have a report which runs on a schedule and SHOULD update a document. However it's NOT updating the document.

I am the owner of the document, but I'm not in the list of people this is shared with. When I try to add myself, I get a message 'You are not allowed to follow this activity stream'.

Any ideas please?

Hi, 

As owner you have you will have full permissions to access and edit the document so have no need and won't be able to share it with yourself.

I've tried running a report which should update the document (above) but, although the report is running, the doc isn't being updated. Any idea what that might be please?

Not really possible to tell what the issue might be from that screenshot.  I can see the document is on revision 59, you should be able to see revisions history under the revisions section which will show when the document is being updated and let you access previous revisions?
Otherwise I think you will need to check the report scheduling to make sure it is updating the correct document

OK thanks...think I need to log it as it looks to me like the report is running, and it USED to update the document, but not any more!
