"Unable to load Framework" error displayed on iPad

Recommended Posts

We have been running the hornbill application through a web browser on an iPad with no problems for over a year. Today when we opened up the usual URL, we had this unable to load framework message appear. The last time this iPad successfully worked with HB Service Manager was on Tuesday or Wednesday last week.

Trying to access this normal URL: https://live.hornbill.com/xxx/catalog/service/com.hornbill.servicemanager/111/

Has anyone else had this error? Anyone know what to do?

Could this have been related to the latest release which went out last week?  "Updated by SYS_SYSTEM On 27-07-2022 05:02. Release Date(Build: 2690)

Could this have been related to an iOS release? This is Safari 12 browser.

Hi @Berto2002,

Was going to post a message saying that you are using  a very old version of Safari.

We support the latest version of Safari 16 Beta and 15. But you are using a version that was released back in 2018 and there were many updates since then.

We will add a better message in that case so you will know the problem is the browser that you use. Can you please let me know what version did you update it to?
