Cassie Posted July 27, 2022 Share Posted July 27, 2022 We have the Summer bank holiday set up as a holiday exclusion in our ServiceDesk Calendar, users however are still able to pick it from the date picker. Depending on where the calendar picker is presented, some do have options to follow the default Working Time Calendar. There are many places where calendars are used.
