Cassie Posted July 27, 2022 Posted July 27, 2022 We have the Summer bank holiday set up as a holiday exclusion in our ServiceDesk Calendar, users however are still able to pick it from the date picker. It seems the calendars are being ignored, is this due to recent update as this wasn't the case last bank holiday. Thanks 1
Cassie Posted July 28, 2022 Author Posted July 28, 2022 @James Ainsworthdo you have any ideas please?
James Ainsworth Posted July 28, 2022 Posted July 28, 2022 Hi @Cassie Thanks for your post. Is there a particular place where you are seeing this? Depending on where the calendar picker is presented, some do have options to follow the default Working Time Calendar. There are many places where calendars are used. There is also a setting to specify the default calendar which some apps will use.
Cassie Posted July 29, 2022 Author Posted July 29, 2022 Our processes are set to use a specific calendar (servicedesk) and last bank holiday (jubilee) working fine, now it's not taking the holiday exclusions into account
James Ainsworth Posted August 1, 2022 Posted August 1, 2022 Hi @Cassie I think that I may have replicated the same as you are seeing. I'm going to do a few more tests just to confirm and then I'll make sure the development team are aware so they can investigate further to see if there is an issue. 1
James Ainsworth Posted August 4, 2022 Posted August 4, 2022 Hi @Cassie Our development team were able to find the underlying cause and have completed a fix. This will be available in an upcoming platform update. 1
Martyn Houghton Posted September 1, 2022 Posted September 1, 2022 @James Ainsworth Can you advise which platform update this was released in? Cheers Martyn
