bug? No Longer able to create API key without an Expiry Date

You no longer seem to be able to create API Keys without specify an expiry date as a mandatory field, where as before this was optional. For ongoing live integrations we would not want to specify an expiry date.

Is there a setting or a report where 'someone' can be notified when an API key is about to expire?

The table h_sys_accounts_api_keys appears to be available in the Reports section.
