Alisha
Good afternoon, We would like to automatically raise requests based on information received in an email. Rather than just having the summary and description, we'd like to take this a step further and map the answers from the email into custom fields in the capture. Is this possible please? Many thanks, Alisha

Alisha
Thank you @Steve Giller. How do we use the Business Process to update the fields in the capture?

With an Update Request -> Custom Fields node. I appreciate the next question will be "How do we get the information out of the Email?" and that's the hard part - you need a perfectly consistent, well formed, preferably unformatted email, and a good grasp of regular expressions. Alisha
Hi @Steve Giller, Thank you for your help so far. It is much appreciated. I have tried a test and it's not picking up the capture questions in the request. Is there something else that I need to do for it to show the 'Questions' screen? It goes straight from the 'Details' screen to the 'Timeline'. We need to populate the 'Questions' screen from the email once the request is logged. Many thanks, Alisha
Steve Giller
"Questions" are specifically the ones asked (and answered) in the Intelligent Capture. If you are hoping to populate the "Questions" section by extracting data from the email I'm afraid that's not going to happen.
