It's not clear what you're talking about here - you mention Changes, which are a request type, but the screenshot appears to be an Authorisation node, which could be External or Full.

Can you clarify what you're asking, possibly with a screenshot encapsulating more of the config so we know what we're looking at, please?

This is an external authorisation node specifically, that we want to make some text bold.

However we also would like to add this feature to changes and their authorisation tasks as well.

That's a simple one - unfortunately not.

There are no plans that I'm aware of to change the External Authorisation node - it is designed to deliver a very clean, simple option for Authorisations that are emailed to Users without requiring a Collaboration License.
