Are we able to add customer "Available Display Columns" to co-workers ticket view.

I would like to show a column detailing how old the ticket is in whole days, is this possible, or is there another way for this to be achieved?

In a custom view you can add custom fields, but there's no sensible way to ensure that a custom field is kept up to date with the number of days old a ticket is - that's basically shown by the Raised On value, assuming you know what the current date is.

Sorry to hi-jack this post but is it possible to add the option to add custom fields? We use a lot of those and many of our engineers like the standard view rather than making a custom view.
