I would like to show a column detailing how old the ticket is in whole days, is this possible, or is there another way for this to be achieved? Steve Giller Posted July 19, 2022 Share Posted July 19, 2022 In a custom view you can add custom fields, but there's no sensible way to ensure that a custom field is kept up to date with the number of days old a ticket is - that's basically shown by the Raised On value, assuming you know what the current date is.
