Change request in "My Requests"

Is there any way to show change requests in the "My Requests" widget of the portal?

Several customers have asked to be able to see the progress of their changes in this way.

I was wondering if you have this setting enabled?

This is a global setting.  Once set, any change that has a customer associated to the change request will be visible to the customer.  Before enabling, you may want to do a quick review of changes to make sure that nothing is exposed that shouldn't be.

Yes, I understand what that does, and, rest-assured, I have taken measures to ensure that Changes can't be raised by just anyone.
