Berto2002 Posted July 8, 2022 Share Posted July 8, 2022 We had a problem early in our implantation when too many people had admins access and they would be able to resolve and close requests manually when all the activities had not been completed. This means we have potentially hundreds of requests which are in a suspended workflow state and did not complete. We think we have identified the causes and fixed permissions and workflow structures/controls, but I need some kind of report or intelligence to show whether there are any 'modern' requests that are still getting resolved and closed manually, but which have outstanding activities and thus might be missing work being done. The report needs to match the status of a Request with there being incomplete Tasks/Activities, I think? Can anyone help with how to do this??
