New Update: Service Manager (2674)

Hello everyone,

The latest update of Service Manager (2674) has been released to live.

The change log for this update is as follows:

  • No Results when using Employee Portal search All tab, when there are no catalog items available {PM00173075}
  • Fixed issue where user's snippets are not displayed on the Request Details Update tab {PM00173057}
  • Status filter not applied to Service Portfolio FAQ List
  • Resolved issue in PC2 where raising a request via Live Chat selects the wrong customer {PM00173027}
  • Resolved issue in PC2, where pre-selected checkbox values were not being bound to a request's custom fields {PM00172882}
  • autoresponder request update confirmation email is incorrectly sent from live.hornbill.com domain and not a customer domain {PM00171336}
