QEHNick Posted June 29, 2022 Posted June 29, 2022 On a few occasions we have had (basic) user accounts go into a "suspended" state. Is there any way I can determine why this is happening as there doesn't seem to be any external reason as to why this happens.
Nanette Posted June 29, 2022 Posted June 29, 2022 @QEHNick It's possible, if a user attempts to log in, in quick session and these attempts are failed, the account will be locked out (putting it in a suspended state). The following setting is for the Threshold for the number of attempts:
