Berto2002 Posted June 27, 2022 Share Posted June 27, 2022 Can I extract the customers responses to the feedback, questions and use them in workflow? I can see that the Get Request Details node obtains a feedback rating in terms of number of stars, but it doesn't contain a Get field for the responses to that feedback. My use case is that I would like to example, add those comments as the content of a card on the feedback board. I looked on Wiki (Customer Feedback - Hornbill) and it implied the information can be used in reporting so I guess it is somewhere. I guess the question is if that is exposed to the BPM.
