Martyn Houghton Posted June 22, 2022 Share Posted June 22, 2022 Has anyone undertaken a migration from Microsoft 365 Dynamics into Hornbill Service Manager before? We are looking at migrating another Service Desk into Hornbill that currently operate there service desk through Dynamics, so was wondering if anyone has got any experience of doing this already?
