Sam P Posted June 21, 2022 Share Posted June 21, 2022 I have a number of scheduled reports that are automatically emailed from Hornbill, and this works really well. What would be even better, is the ability to add some narrative / free text to the message body that would allow me to explain the report, give some background and also flag any changes that have been made to the report since it was last generated. Steve Giller Posted June 28, 2022 Share Posted June 28, 2022 This is not currently possible. I am not aware of any plans to implement this or how this would be achieved. Scheduled reports are designed to go out on a schedule without human interaction - if you need to add an explanation of the report it would be better to run the report and then manually attach the generated files to an email that you've written.
