Guest Paul Alexander
We're experiencing a problem when we log a request from email. If we log the request and set the customer as the SENDER of the email, then everything works fine. However, if we change the customer, then we can't scroll through the list of services. This isn't causing too many issues, but it's a weird one! thanks
Guest Mohamed
Hi @Paul Alexander Thanks for the update, much appreciated. We're currently looking into the issue and hope to get back to you soon on this. Unfortunately its an issue to do with a third party library we're using. As a temporary workaround, what you can do is, after you change the customer, click again inside the customer search input (but don't change the customer), it should fix the scrolling issue Kind regards Mohamed
Guest Paul Alexander
Thanks @Mohamed I've reminded the analysts that they'll have to just change the customer after the request has been logged and, like I said, it's not causing us too many problems. thanks
Martyn Houghton
@Paul Alexander I also seem to get the same behaviour when logging a request from a workspace post. Do you still have this when logging from an email? Cheers Martyn
Guest Paul Alexander
@Martyn Houghton Yes, we've still got this happening. BUT if it happens, we just click in the Customer field , then click in the customer name and it suddenly works.
Martyn Houghton
@Paul Alexander Thanks It try that with the logging from Post. I have also logged it with Hornbill Support as well. Cheers Martyn
