We are interested in using this node for a specific type of authorisation, but we wondered if we can change the Hornbill logo with in the email?

As we have guidelines about internal and external communications, that would mean that at the least we would like to change this logo (circled in Red) if possible. Is there somewhere in the admin panel where we can update this to point to our logo?

+1 We would also like to be able to add our own customisations to this email please, as well as move the 'Action Now' button to the top.

We notice there is a character limit for the description - could this be increased please?

No.

As far as I'm aware, the External Authorisations are provided "as-is" and there are no plans to allow customisation for these.

I believe you'll need to use Authorisations if you wish to customise templates etc.

@Jeremy Harry Hornbill is our Cloud bot, if it has thoughts we all have bigger things to worry about, like Skynet...  

The template for external authorisations cannot be customised.
