James Ainsworth Posted June 14, 2022 Share Posted June 14, 2022 Hi Cassie, You could add the Update Request Custom Fields node at the end of your workflow to automatically remove this data. Some fields do prevent you from just removing the data, but it could easily be replaced with text to let someone see that it has been cleared. Something like "removed". You could also add an Auto Task / Custom Button to a request where the request is already underway and don't have this in their workflow.
