Ann
Morning All Hope you are all well. Please would it be possible to help/advise, in the Supplier module you can Archive contracts but they are still visible in the Supplier record. Is there anyway to ‘hide’ these contracts from view and if needed call up Archived documents? Currently we have a lot of ‘archived’ contracts which are at the top of the list of contracts that you have to scroll through to reach the current ones. Also there is the danger of incorrect contracts/SLAs being used for recording fault logging to vendors. Thank you. Kind Regards Ann
AlexTumber
@Ann thanks for your post. What I think would be useful here is a status filter for the associated supplier contracts that's set to only show active contracts by default. When passing a request to a supplier, it shouldn't be possible to select an archived contract so I will double check with development as that sounds like a bug.
