enhancement User Admin - Copy Roles

Can we request an enhancement to the new 'Roles' tab under Admin > Users, to be able to copy roles from another user. This would make it a lot easier to manage new joiners.

This could also possible automatically suggest the users to potentially used based on the User's manager or other users who share the same manager (peers).

+1 - I think this was raised before.  Other Apps I support has this functionality, so I have my fingers crossed that this is something that can be implemented in Hornbill.

Can I make an additional suggestion - is to have this functionality available in the BPM as well with the ability to use variables as well (to get roles from a user to copy to another user)

+1 from me - I know we have the predefined role templates but just copying an existing role would be great extra functionality in this area.

+1 for me too, not sure this would be difficult to implement, the minor complication is managing the case where you select a user that has a higher priv level than yourself, in that case we should not allow the copy.  I will ask the folks that know to see what is involved.
