Widget missing data

I have a widget which shows average request resolve times on a monthly basis. (See below). You might notice that it is missing a month.

That data is also missing from its source measure. I also have a similar measure which is also missing the previous month (May) data.

Why do those measures not have the data they are designed to capture? There's nothing explicit in them to say omit this month or the other.

Have you set the Measure to use GMT?

If so, remove the timezone and resample, this should resolve the issue.

There is a known issue with setting the TZ on measures. According to our records on your instance these measures have the TZ set:-

SLA Targets Met - Incidents
Average resolution time (incidents)
Average resolution time (Requests)
SLA Average time to complete

So update those so do they not have TZ set. Then do a manual resample of those measures.

@Steve Giller - is the issue with the timezone on measures fixed? 

Or it still the case that the timezone should not be set on measures?
