Is there a problem with Snippets?

Hi,

If I go to an email in a ticket, and add a snippet, I can only see MY snippets:

And if I open an email in the mailbox, I can't see ANY snippets:

I haven't used these for ages, but has something changed that I should have updated please? I know there SHOULD be snippets available, and the Support Desk have also lost this functionality....

Any idea why the 'Snippets' doesn't seem to be working in an email opened direct from the mailbox? Is this happening to everyone?
