Guest Paul Alexander Posted May 25, 2022 Share Posted May 25, 2022 Hi, If I go to an email in a ticket, and add a snippet, I can only see MY snippets: And if I open an email in the mailbox, I can't see ANY snippets: I haven't used these for ages, but has something changed that I should have updated please?
