Is there a problem with Snippets?

Hi,

If I go to an email in a ticket, and add a snippet, I can only see MY snippets:

And if I open an email in the mailbox, I can't see ANY snippets:

I haven't used these for ages, but has something changed that I should have updated please? I know there SHOULD be snippets available, and the Support Desk have also lost this functionality....

@Paul Alexander could be something localised to your instance or your environment... for example, works fine in my instance... The (in)famous: works fine on my machine ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ... I would say raise a support request so we can investigate....
