Steve Giller Posted May 23, 2022 Share Posted May 23, 2022 @Sam P Timeline Entries are not dynamic, they are an update that states what action took place at a particular time. They could show the status of the linked request as it was when linked, but that could easily be misleading. If it was, for example, New when it was added when you looked an hour later it would still say New but the actual status would most likely have changed.
