It's my understanding that the Change Calendar is a display of future changes, primarily used to prepare for planned outages and prevent clashes/align similar Changes. Are you asking for Major Incidents (which are usually unplanned, ongoing outages) to be added to the Change Calendar or are you looking for a Calendar that shows a historical timeline of your Major Incidents? Michael Sharp Posted May 23, 2022 Author Share Posted May 23, 2022 @Steve Giller we often refer to the change calendar when a pattern of behaviour has occurred and look to see what the cause may be (for example, may have noticed CPU has increased over the past 2 weeks) and might be related to a remedy of a system issue.
