Malcolm
Is there a way to auto-archive emails in the Hornbill mailbox?
Victor
@Malcolm why... ...would you need them archived?
James Ainsworth
There are settings to purge emails in the deleted items mailbox folder and the sent items. When you say "archive" are you wanting to maintain a copy of the emails somewhere?
Malcolm
Thanks @James AinsworthI think deleting would be fine. As we would maintain the emails within the O365 mailbox itself I think
Malcolm
Just realised you said its just sent and deleted. Not possible to do something that applies to the inbox?
James Ainsworth
No, not the inbox. However, if you are raising requests from these emails, you can have them automatically moved to the deleted items folder and from there they will be purged. Just keep in mind that you when you delete an email, and that email is linked to a request, you will not be able to access the full email from the request any longer.
