Errors when uploading a document

Hi all

My supplier manager has highlighted some errors she sees in the system when uploading documents to this area. Happens randomly so one document will upload aok, but move to another then get this error message.

If she attempts to upload a new document getting an error code 0 as below:

And sometimes the system says it failed to upload a document but it is loaded as below?

Things are rarely genuinely random, the first checks would be the filename (length, unusual characters, etc.) and the filesize of the failed upload. The path to the file might matter (Windows doesn't like too many subfolders or ridiculously long folder/pathnames, even though it lets you use them!) Try moving the file that fails to My Documents and see if this allows it to upload.
If the same files fail every time it's likely to be something about the file, if it fails sometimes and not others it's much trickier to find a cause.

Hi Steve,

Thank you for the response - I meant more it just happens at random times rather than it just being random failure I have asked her to try the advice and see how it goes
