Customer connected to 2 requests but not showing in My Requests

Hi All

I have a customer who has been connected to 2 requests - however she is unable to see these under her My Requests / Connections in the portal. I have added her as a connection to one of my requests and this is showing fine.

Any ideas as to why she can't see the other 2 requests? I have checked and she is subscribed to the service
