Hi All

I have a customer who has been connected to 2 requests - however she is unable to see these under her My Requests / Connections in the portal. I have added her as a connection to one of my requests and this is showing fine.

Any ideas as to why she can't see the other 2 requests? I have checked and she is subscribed to the service

Hi Martyn,

Thanks for the pointer I had forgotten about that - however, when checking the request service it appears this is on as per the below screen shot

Ah thanks Martyn, I think that's the issue :) just getting the customer to try again after turning these on in the Service the requests are under
