"Is Like" does not include wildcard by default

Hi all, as discussed with @Bob Dickinsonyesterday, the "is Like" reporting function does not automatically include the % wildcard by default, therefore partial results are not being returned.

I added an is like filter to an existing report and I am getting partial matches on my Instance:

I didn't test against a User Prompted Value, I'll check again.
