lee mcdermott Posted May 13, 2022 Share Posted May 13, 2022 Hi i have had reports the email icon now seems to grey out at times and the call is updated with anyone seen this and know why it is happening? Steve Giller Posted May 13, 2022 Share Posted May 13, 2022 The most likely cause for this is that the email action is locked in either the Service Portfolio: or by a Lock Action node in the Business Process - see the Access Control section of the wiki page.
