Catalog Items not forced in Service List

This may have been happening for a while but we have just noticed that it is possible to select the Service title during PRO CAP in the service list. This causes issues as there is not PRO CAP for the service title.


User Security is the Service which seems to be selectable but then finishes without collecting further information.

This setting turned on (under Service Manager -> Application Settings) will require users to select a Catalog in order to log a ticket:
