Asset Management Extract

Hi

Im trying to assist our finance department with an extract of the assets recorded in hornbill, however we need to be able to see the serial number that we record under the asset - additional properties - hardware information - serial number. 

However, im unable to find a way of extracting this information.

I'm not sure what you mean by "Extract"
What are you trying to achieve here, and (possibly more importantly) where in the Product are you trying to achieve it?
