Martyn Houghton Posted May 6, 2022 Posted May 6, 2022 There is current a setting to deny the setting to resolve in the UI with open activities (webapp.view.ITSM.serviceDesk.requests.resolve.denyWithOpenActivities) but not a corresponding one for close. Can we request an enhancement to have the same option to deny close when there are open activities on the request. We have a number of both resolution activities, which sometime get orphaned when the analyst manually set the request to closed. Cheers Martyn 1
