Hi All

Just noticed this morning we cannot see the current IC assigned to a catalogue in the Service Portfolio - still able to raise requests internally on and on the portal but nothing showing in this field as per below screen shot.


Anyone else seeing this?

I can't recreate this issue either. Have you tried again after reloading the browser/clearing browser cache?

Hi Martyn,

thanks for checking - this is across all our current active Services / Catalogue items 

However, strangely enough after a full restart of my browser I can now see the ICs showing again - very strange !

I will monitor to see if it reoccurs, thank you for checking your instance
